In case of longer distances or the presence of pedestrian/stair/sidewalk conditions at or near your property, which were not specified in your original agreement, additional costs may apply. The first 30 meters are included at no extra cost. For distances between 30-50 meters, a fee of NOK 150 will apply, and for distances over 50 meters the price will be agreed individually.
If we need to dismantle large pieces of furniture to transport items from your home, it may be necessary to charge extra for dismantling work. A simple disassembly costs NOK 300 per piece of furniture, while larger furniture may incur an additional fee based on its complexity, unless this has already been agreed.
Please have your belongings packed and ready for the agreed moving time if we have not agreed on a packing service. If our movers have to pack items or wait for you to pack, you may be charged extra. Packing is invoiced at NOK 500 per hour per mover.
To get an accurate quote, you need to provide us with a complete list of all your belongings to be moved. If there are more items than stated on arrival, additional costs may apply. Up to 10 additional items such as boxes, bags or other small objects are allowed at no extra charge. For 11-20 extra items there is a fee of NOK 200, and for more than 20 items the price is agreed individually. If we have been on an inspection, a full packing list is unnecessary.
Although we strive to avoid delays, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will keep you updated. If the delay exceeds 60 minutes, a discount of 5% of the total price will be applied.
If waiting time is not included in the agreement, waiting time at the pick-up or delivery address will be charged at NOK 200 for every 30 minutes or part thereof. For waiting time over 2 hours, an extra charge of NOK 500 will be incurred.
Your moving agreement with us will not be finalized and confirmed until all details on the booking page have been completed. We require accurate postal addresses for both pick-up and delivery locations, contact phone numbers and a detailed list of all items to be moved.
Cancellations or changes less than 48 hours before the agreed date will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed price. Cancellations on the day itself will be charged 100% of the agreed price. For changes between 48-72 hours before the agreed date, a fee of 25% of the agreed price will be charged.
We require 10% payment by bank transfer at the time of booking to reserve the moving date and the remaining payment when the moving job is completed. For larger assignments over NOK 20,000, a higher advance payment can be agreed individually.
Any damages or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the job being completed. Claims are processed individually, and the maximum amount of compensation per damaged object is NOK 5,000 unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Our company does not offer removal assistance for animals or people. Nor do we take responsibility for the transportation of hazardous materials, weapons, or valuable items such as jewelry, cash or works of art over NOK 50,000 in value, unless this is specifically agreed in advance.
